To edit this page simply login to the control panel, click the Website Content tab and choose the View Web Pages option. Click Edit next to the Shipping & Returns page and you can change this text. A sample returns policy is shown below which you can edit as needed.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Active Carry currently charges a flat rate for shipping in the lower 48. Often times this will equate to a small discount on your purchase. All kits will be shipped either UPS, USPS, or FedEx ground, unless something else is worked out directly with us. You will be emailed with carrier and tracking info as soon as your package hits the carrier. Requests can be made, however one of the afforementioned carriers will be utilized.
We at Active Carry realize shipping expensive products with multiple carriers can make some feel uncomfortable. However, as a small company located in Southern California, we wanted to stay as nimble as possible to serve our customers best. We aren't quite a billion dollar entity able to negotiate shipping rates, but we can say that if your item is in stock, we are comitted to getting your order to our carrier within 24-48 hrs. UPDATE: Friday June 7, 2019-We will be using UPS Ground shipping for all lower 48 domestic shipping unless you make a specific request for FedEx ground, or expedited shipping. Expedited shipping will incur added shipping fees depending on your region, as well as service charges from the carrier for remote and rural locations. International customers: We find USPS Priority to be the most reliable and cost efficient option overseas. Please email us your address and we will be back with a quote in 1 business day and sent an invoice via email payable by credit card with USPS Shipping included!
If you are an international customer, please contact us. We will get quotes from the United States Postal Service (USPS). We will have an exact quote with and address and wiil attach it your purchase. You will receive an email with an invoice via the Square payment platform payable by credit card immediately. We value our international customers will will find the best, safest way to ship your gear!
UPDATE Wednesday Nov. 14, 2018-We will be using FedEx ground shipping exclusively for the Holiday season! Unless there is a special circumstance, we are confident this will lead to best possible fulfillment process. At our flat rate, you will be getting a further discount on your purchase coupled with first class delivery. You will receive an update with tracking info via email as soon as your package is received by FedEx!
UPDATE!: Friday, Sept. 27th, 2019: Since we are committed to you extending free shipping on all kits, we have started utilizing USPS with more regularity. They are currently offering faster delivery at highly competitive rates, especially to what ate considered "rural areas". It is common for the other carriers to institute "surcharges" for certain zip codes in the lower 48 states. We would like to maintain our free shipping policy in the continental US, as we utilize them for international customers currently.
